PROGRESSION
OPPORTUNITIES
We follow a non-seniority-based progression program, where you begin by learning the fundamentals of sales and progressively develop your skills, eventually enabling you to run your own marketing company.

However, this business isn't for everyone, which is why we're seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
We will provide you product coaching and full mentoring to enable you to learn the first steps into becoming a Brand Ambassador. This coaching tends to last around 6 days.
STAGE 1
STAGE 2 - BRAND AMBASSADOR
You will become more independent as you become more confident with the basic sales skills you will then learn some more advanced techniques such as selling to different customers, working to a system, problem solving etc.
STAGE 3 - MENTOR
For those looking to progress you will now start receiving extra coaching and responsibilities, transforming into a mentor and helping support new BA's who join the team
STAGE 4 - CREW MENTOR
This is the opportunity to start overseeing the team- everything from setting goals & coaching through to social events. You will become more influential in a leadership capacity
STAGE 5 - ASSISTANT OWNER
You will learn the back end of how a business runs, this included administration, finance, operations and processes. You will be heavily involved in the day to day running of the business and learning all the necessary skills to go on and run a profitable company
STAGE 6 - BUSINESS OWNER
You will put into practice all of the skills you have learnt along the journey to maximize your potential and become a profitable business owner.
